More detail coming soon. This module is a wrapper around BLAST+. If you install this module, LabKey can be used to create and manage custom BLAST databases, and provides a web-based way to BLAST your data against these.

Once you install this module (see download page), have you site admin go to the admin console, follow the ‘DISCVR Admin’ link, click ‘BLAST Settings’, and follow the instructions. Note: you will need to download and install BLAST+, as explained on the instructions page.
